Terms, Scope of Work & Service Agreement

This document outlines the scope of work, service terms, responsibilities, and limitations for all services provided by EzyGoDigi. By proceeding with any service, making payment, or submitting a project form, the client agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. Parties

Service Provider: EzyGoDigi (Digital Services Studio)
Client: Individual or business engaging EzyGoDigi for services

2. Scope of Services

The scope depends on the selected plan or written agreement and may include:

2.1 Website / Landing Page Development

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript based website or landing page
• Responsive design (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Pages and sections as agreed during project intake
• Contact forms, WhatsApp or call-to-action buttons

2.2 UI / UX & Graphics

• Theme-based design (modern, minimal, business)
• Brand colors, typography, layout structure
• Graphics or UI assets as per agreed scope
• AI-assisted graphics/images may be used for design efficiency
• All final designs approved by client before delivery

2.3 Domain & Hosting (If Included)

• Domain and hosting included for 1 year only (if mentioned)
• Renewal charges after first year are borne by the client
• Hosting provided via third-party infrastructure

2.4 SEO & Analytics (If Opted)

• Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta, sitemap)
• Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager & Search Console setup
• No ranking or traffic guarantees

3. What Is Not Included

• Content writing or copywriting
• Paid plugins, stock images, fonts
• Unlimited revisions
• Custom backend or admin panels
• Ongoing SEO or ads management
• Third-party software subscriptions

4. Revisions Policy

• Up to 2 minor revisions included
• Minor revisions include text edits or small design tweaks
• Major changes are chargeable and require revised timelines

5. Timelines

• Landing page: 3–5 working days
• Business website: 7–10 working days

Delays may occur if content or approvals are delayed by the client.

6. Payment Terms

• 50% advance before project start
• 50% before final delivery / handover
• Payments are non-refundable once work begins

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, logos, and brand information
• Ensure content legality and copyright ownership
• Provide feedback within reasonable time

8. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

• Ownership transfers after full payment
• EzyGoDigi may showcase the work in portfolio

9. Maintenance & Support

• Support limited to plan duration
• Post-support changes are chargeable
• Maintenance plans are optional

9A. Referral Program Terms

• Rewards: ₹2K voucher (1 referral), ₹10K cash (5 referrals), Free website (10+ referrals)
• Eligibility: Active referrers who submit valid business leads via ezygodigi.in/refer
• Payout: Within 30 days of referred client payment confirmation
• Validity: Vouchers valid 6 months on Amazon/Flipkart
• Anti-Fraud: Self-referrals, fake leads disqualified. EzyGoDigi decision final
• No Guarantee: Rewards paid only on successful paid projects

10. Limitation of Liability

• Hosting downtime or third-party failures
• SEO ranking or traffic fluctuations
• Business loss or revenue impact

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate with written notice
• Advance payments are non-refundable
• Completed work remains chargeable

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
